Natural Carbon, Corporate Carbon and Paraway Pastoral pioneer ‘carbon grazing’, opening the carbon markets for others to follow
Natural Carbon is partnering with cattle station operator, Paraway Pastoral Company, Corporate Carbon and with leading NRM groups on a national herd aggregation project – giving smaller graziers a first opportunity to participate in the Australian carbon market.

By pooling together administrative and compliance fees, the cost of carbon market participation is lowered, allowing smaller graziers to collectively benefit from the sale of carbon credits generated by carbon grazing – a method previously only accessible to operators with herds of more than 50,000 heads.

The innovative and collaborative project will also demonstrate how ‘Carbon Grazing’ can bring many other social, economic, and local environmental benefitswill be proposed to Queensland Government’s Land Restoration Fund 2020 Investment Round, which closes on Feb 28th

Natural Carbon is calling on Expressions of Interest from any grazier who runs more than 1,000heads to throw his/her support behind the initiative.

“If you want to be paid to increase your herd’s productivity while - at the same time - lend a hand towards Australia’s carbon emissions reduction and land restoration jobs, register your expression of interest, or contact us on 0479 043 903, or by email on julien.gastaldi@naturalcarbon.com.au. Join the Re-Generation movement, be part of the solution and help us show how we can farm our way out of the climate crisis without leaving anyone behind.”
