The training program “Tackle discrimination in international volunteering projects” was born out of a desire to strengthen the facilitation skills of facilitators in an intercultural context, to enable the exchange of practices between facilitators from different partner associations in order to refine their facilitation skills, and to co-
develop awareness-raising tools to tackle discrimination in international volunteering projects, and especially in international work camps.
