We are researching the experiences of neurodivergent researchers in the energy sector (Higher Education & industry). To understand possible the challenges neurodivergent energy researchers face in their career progression and how to overcome them, we’d like to hear from all stakeholders involved.

If you work in the energy sector and you are:

a neurodivergent researcher or line manager in the energy sector (Autistic, Dyslexic, Dyspraxic, have ADHD, or another form of neurodiversity)
a line manager of neurodivergent researchers in the energy sector
a HR professional in the energy sector (Higher Education or industry)
