Introduction to Meditation - Online
"Introduction to Meditation" consists of five 1.5-hour classes (Thursday evenings, 7:00 - 8:30 PDT, Oct. 22, 29, Nov. 5, 12, 19), and introduces the intention, purpose and practice of calm-abiding meditation as well as analytical meditation. This course will also include chapters from Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche's Rebel Buddha as a guide for the study of some Buddhist tenets and the practice of meditation.

Please note that this course is limited to ten participants.
