Important: I *CAN NOT* help with any issues with your myki card, your myki account, password or failed top ups because I don't have access to your myki account or credit card data.
It is a known problem myki may block top ups online using international credit cards. The money deducted from your credit card is only a temporary transaction and is usually automatically refunded within 5 business days. (You can still top up using a myki machine or shop)

All myki account and credit card data is sent to myki/Public Transport Victoria directly. Credit card transactions are processed by myki/Public Transport Victoria so I cannot resolve top up issues or resolve issues. Please contact myki or your bank for top up issues.
