- It would take me 3 or 5 months it deepen on the complexity on model but I contact you if I need some feedback.
- If you want to keep it as private it's up to you, but if you want it to be seen by public I'm allow to post (Wip/ Finish).
- All payments will be made only via
PayPal invoice in USD. After getting the model, refunds are not permitted.
- The commission will be paid 20% at the start of the production once it's done the rest will be fully paid.
- In the case of cancellation:
1. If the client wants to cancel it then I will keep 20% upfront payment.
2. If cancellation happen on my side, all the payment will be refunded.
- The client may ask for a work-in-progress update at any given time while I am working on the commission.
- The client must not:
1. Publicly distribute / sell any of the original or edited digital file commissioned from me.
2. Claim/credit the commissioned 3D artwork as their own work
- Commercial Use
1. You can make a artwork and sell it or commission other artist or add cosmetic for your avatar, but do not resell as edit and distribute it (Vrchat avatar)
2. You have the full right for commercial use but do not sell the Vtuber model or give it to someone contact me if you want to (Vtuber model)
