I acknowledge the potentially hazardous risks associated with participating in a color run. I should not participate unless medically able. I assume responsibility for all potential risks associated with this event. Having read this waiver and for your consideration of accepting my entry fee, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, hereby waive and release liability of Central Dauphin School District for all claims and liabilities that may arise out of my participation in this event.
