You care about your health, and so do we!
We are a Committee on Health Literacy and Self-Care within the European Health Parliament, a group of young professionals and students working independently to come up with new and creative ideas to promote health across the EU.

This is a short survey about health literacy, which will help inform our work. We may use your responses to write up articles and present the findings at meetings and conferences.

Please note that we are only collecting age, gender, and country of origin. We will not ask you to provide any other personal or identifiable information. Your participation is voluntary, and all responses are completely anonymous.

May you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to write to us at: healthliteracy@healthparliament.eu

Thank you!

Health literacy definition
"Health literacy has been defined as the cognitive and social skills which determine the motivation and ability of individuals to gain access to, understand and use information in ways which promote and maintain good health. Health Literacy means more than being able to read pamphlets and successfully make appointments"
