SILENT AUCTION/RAFFLE- requires selling tickets for raffle and assisting guests with questions, monitoring (5:00-8:00)
FOOD SERVER- requires portioning food at buffet, clearing tables, and keeping water pitcher full (6:00-7:30)
TABLE HOSTING- Host is responsible for filling 7 seats at table (8th-yours- is free if you fill all seats)
AUCTION/RAFFLE/DONATIONS CLOSE-OUT- requires assisting Sarah Begg with final sales and donations (8pm-9pm)
TEAR DOWN- no table breakdown required; simply putting away decor and misc clean-up (8:30pm-9:30pm)
