Lace up for a good cause! Jointly organised by Operation Santa Claus (OSC) and the Hong Kong Football Club (HKFC), this year marks the 27th anniversary of our annual 5-a-side Football Tournament. We welcome footballers from corporations, junior football clubs, and schools to sign up and join us for a full day of thrilling matches.
It's more than just a game; it's a chance to raise funds for communities in need. All proceeds from the enrolment fees will be donated to OSC, making you a vital part of our mission for collaborative giving.

- Date: 9 November 2025 (Sunday)
- Time: 9:30am - 8:00pm (Junior Teams: Morning to afternoon | Adult Teams: Evening)
- Venue: Pitch 8, Happy Valley Sportsground
- Enrolment fee: Junior: HK$2,000 per team ∣ Adult: HK$20,000 per team
Important Dates- Application period begins: 11 September 2025 (Thursday). Completing the registration form confirms your interest and commitment to paying the minimum enrolment fee if selected. Your team captain can review and edit your team's responses before the registration deadline.
- Registration closes: 8 October 2025 (Wednesday) - Extended to 15 October 2025 (Wednesday). Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Results announced: 10 October 2025 (Friday) - Extended to 16 October 2025 (Thursday). If your team is successfully selected, you will be notified via email. If you don't receive an email within one week, please consider your application unsuccessful.
- Payment deadline: 22 October 2025 (Wednesday) - Extended to 29 October 2025 (Wednesday). For more information on payment methods, please visit the OSC donation page.

Before you start, please have the following ready:
- Team Details: The minimum number of players required to participate in a game is four plus one goalkeeper. Teams may bring up to five substitutes, making up a maximum squad of 10 players. Appoint a team captain to register your team's details (category, affiliation, team name, and player count) and their personal information (full name, job title, email, and mobile number).
- Donation: The amount your team will pledge.
- (If required) Invoice & Receipt: The full name, address, and attention details for both the invoice and the receipt.
- (For adult teams only) Logo: A copy of your team's logo in PNG high resolution format for acknowledgment purposes.
