6-week HIIT series
Use this form to register for FWA's 6-week Virtual HIIT (high intensity interval training) series. This format will increase your energy, strength, endurance, and metabolism in short 30-minute workouts. Three workouts will be posted each week, I recommend at least 2/week for your best results.

Once you complete this form, you will be directed to paypal to complete your registration with the $50 fee. Then, I will add you to the Virtual HIIT Series group on facebook!
