Time Keeper (1 volunteer 7:15): Keep track of time during the event, ensuring that each speaker sticks to their allocated time limit.
Check-In (2-3 volunteers 3:30): Welcome attendees as they arrive, check them in, and provide any necessary event information. Help answer any basic questions. Distribute Raffle tickets

Photo Slide Operator (1 volunteer - during the presentation): Manage the photo slides that accompany the speakers' presentations, ensuring smooth transitions.
Prize Distribution (1-2 volunteer): help gather and handle the distribution at the beginning and end of the event.
Cleanup Crew (2 volunteers - after the event): Help with packing up of equipment and set up, and leaving the venue in good condition.
Photo help (1-2 volunteer): Capture 10 -20 clear photos and videos throughout the event to document the memorable moments. Check in, group ride arrival, storytellers and the crowd from a distance etc
Feedback Collectors (2 volunteers): Collect feedback from attendees after the event, helping you gather insights for future improvements.
General Event Support: there's always little things that need tweaks during the event to make it that much better - relating messages to the team, sound person, storytellers who are up next etc.
- Spread the Word: At the very least helping to spread the word, inviting friends, interact with our social media posts (like comment tag a friend etc) so the algorithm doesn't win. Every little bit helps and is much appreciated.
