Please note that applications need to be submitted by the HEAD-DELEGATE ONLY! If you wish to apply, but do not know every delegation member yet, it is possible to add delegation members after completing the application by sending an e-mail with their names and email address to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
After successful application, delegates will receive an email with instructions and need to transfer the participation fee to complete their registration. It depends on the duration of the stay.
