Rams Women's Basketball Final 8 Fan Bus
The Rams women's basketball team is headed to the U SPORTS Final 8 National Semifinal, and we want you to join us! The team will take the court on Saturday, April 2nd at 3 p.m. at the Queen's ARC in Kingston.

PLEASE NOTE: A Level 2, medical-grade mask is required to enter the facility at Queen's. Fabric masks are not permitted. If you do not have a Level 2 mask, one will be provided when boarding the bus.

Masks must be worn on the bus and AT ALL TIMES in the facility, including during the game. This policy must be strictly adhered to.

Saturday, April 2nd

Departure from Mattamy Athletic Centre: 11:30 a.m.

Tip off: 3:00 p.m.

Departure from Queen's ARC: 5:15 p.m.

Non-stop both ways from the Mattamy Athletic Centre to Queen's University.

The fan bus is FREE. Tickets to enter the game will also be purchased by the Department of Athletics & Recreation. Students will receive a confirmation email on Friday (April 1) with further details.

FAN BUS POLICIES
MANDATORY MASKING, VACCINATION, SCREENING & VENUE POLICY

1. A Level 2, medical-grade mask is required to ride the bus and enter the facility at Queen's University. Fabric masks are not permitted. If you do not have a Level 2 mask, one will be provided when boarding the bus. Please ensure you are wearing a mask that meets these requirements. Masks must be worn properly (over the mouth, nose and chin) on the bus and AT ALL TIMES in the facility, including during the game.

2. All spectators must be fully vaccinated to attend games at the ARC. Ontario Vaccination QR Code and one piece of ID will be required for entry.

3. Spectators are required to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire and agree to comply with all Queen's University Health and Safety Protocols via the Q Game Day Check In form. Have the confirmation ready to show at the venue upon arrival.

4. Spectators are not permitted to bring in food or drink to the venue.

5. There is no spectator access to the area of play at any time.

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL

6. Drugs/alcohol are expressly prohibited on the bus at ALL TIMES. The driver and/or staff have the right to refuse bus access to anyone suspected of bringing drugs/alcohol on the bus.

7. CHAMPAGNE IS NOT PERMITTED. NO CHAMPAGNE for CELEBRATION on the court.

UNIVERSITY POLICY

8. This is a Ryerson University sanctioned event. As such, any behaviour that violates the OUA Spectator Code of Conduct and/or Ryerson Code of Non-Academic Conduct may result in refusal of entry to the game, expulsion from the event, refusal to access the bus and/or further sanctions via the Ryerson Student Conduct Office.
