Here are the payment amount options: $10 (Participation Fee: Includes t-shirt); OR$17 (Participation Fee and Monday, Feb. 5 Tokyo Grill); OR$15 (Participation Fee and Thursday, Feb. 8 Cici's Pizza Dinner); OR$17 (Participation Fee and Friday, Feb. 9 Chick-fil-A Boxed Lunch); OR$22 (Participation Fee and Monday, Thursday Cici's Pizza Dinner); OR$24 (Participation Fee and Monday Dinner & Friday Lunch); OR$29 (T-shirt and 3 meals: Monday & Thursday dinner and Friday lunch).
