BOARD MEETING ARE CURRENTLY VIRTUAL ONLY FOR THE PUBLIC.

This form must be completed and turned in to the Governing Board Secretary by noon the day of the meeting in which you would like you statement read. The Board secretary will read your name (first/last), school attendance area, group or organization your represent and then your statement.

Public participation is the time for the public to comment. Members of the Board may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to state law, action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism, or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.

Comments are allotted a maximum time of three (3) minutes. Unless reduced or increased at the discretion of the Board President.
