Welcome to the official Oswego Hometown Expo Art Show 2018 Registration Form! This juried art show is open to K-12th grade students and Adult Amateur artists.  The show takes place on February 24th at Oswego High School Field House, Oswego, IL, 9-2pm.  Please submit this form by February 10th.  Classroom teachers are allowed to submit up to 25 pieces.  

Within 2-3 days of completing your entry form the "Hometown Expo Label" Google Doc will be sent to you.  Please fill out/print this form and affix your labels to the bottom right corner of each work. For 3-D pieces you will need to secure them in some way to the work.  In addition, please share the label document with us after you complete it.  We will use this as a check-in form for your submitted work.

Official artwork drop off is on Friday, February 23 at the Oswego High School Field House between 5-7pm. Alternate drop-off may be arranged through District 308 interoffice mail or by making arrangements with Fox River Academy for drop-off at FRAMA between 2/17-2/23. Artwork should be collected at the end of the show on the 24th at 2pm.
