Community Survey
POC Collaborative is gathering input from our friends, neighbors, and organizations who are invested in the renaissance of the North 24th Street Corridor, specifically the historic Calvin Memorial Presbyterian Church (CMPC) building at 24th and Wirt Streets. With that in mind, we are asking for the following information to better understand who is engaging with our efforts and their specific needs.

Please take 5 minutes to share any feedback regarding the development of the CMPC building.
