Leigh Academies Trust - Stages of the complaint process:
  • Informal stage: Complaint heard by staff member;

  • First Review Stage: Complaint heard by the Principal;

  • Second Review Stage: Complaint heard by the Academies Director with responsibility for the respective academy;

  • Final Review Stage: Complaint heard by the Academies Board Complaints Panel.
