The Santa Clara County Fairgrounds is ready to assist you in planning your unforgettable event. The fairgrounds has multiple indoor and outdoor venues for private, public and corporate events that hold from 100 – 8,000 for a total of 32,000 guests. For more information, visit

You must fill out the Rental Request form to get a time-stamped complimentary 7 day hold on the date you wish to reserve IF AVAILABLE. If you do not submit your signed contract and deposit within 7 days your reservation will be released and go to the next request in order of inquiry.
