The two-day conference will take place in Jerusalem, February 6-7, 2023. The academic programme includes 16 papers focusing on Conrad Schick's historical background, archival materials, archaeological contribution, and models of the Holy Sites. In addition to paper presentations, the academic program includes a field trip to the relevant sites in Jerusalem.
We invite scholars, students and the general public to attend the conference.
REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY.
We are sorry that due to space constraints, the number of attendees is limited. Advance registration is required. Registration will close on February 1st, 2023 (or earlier when the event is full).
REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee for the conference is 70 NIS per person.
On Monday, February 6th, 2023: Albright Institute of Archaeological Research
On Tuesday, February 7th, 2023: Paulus-Haus (Schmidt School).
The field trip will take place on the afternoon of February 7th, 2023. We will visit Augusta Victoria compound, Beit Tabor (Schick's mansion), and the Christ Church compound. Transportation will be provided.
MEALS
Light lunch will be served on February 6th by the Albright Institute.
Optional full lunch can be purchased on February 7th at the Paulus-Haus (75 NIS).
The catering does not keep kosher.
