1. On completion of studies, an Official Transcript is collectable on Graduation day from the Student Records and Convocation Division. If an Official Transcript are required before Graduation day, students may apply on this form and pay the required fee(s).
2. An Official Transcript will be issued for the following programmes only (Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor, Master (Coursework), Master (Mixed Mode) and PhD (Mixed Mode).
3. An Official Transcript will not be issued to students who have outstanding financial payments to the University.
4. Please make sure you have fill out PERMOHONAN MENJANA BIL TRANSKRIP RASMI at https://goo.gl/forms/50FuSYRwXKzSJaL13 and made the necassary payment.
5. Official Transcripts will be processed within a period of 5 working days from receipt of the form and payment.
