We’re going to be doing a series of small digital ebook bundle-style fundraisers where we create a limited edition box set of thematically similar books.
Our first bundle was "Spooky Spring," raising money for the Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT). It raised more than $8,000 in the first three days alone. Other bundles are still in the works so please read this if you'd like to be a part of it!
We’re looking for authors who would like to donate an ebook to one or more charity bundles. The bundle will work as follows:
Once accepted into a bundle, the author will be asked to supply organizers with: a word doc of their final manuscript, a high resolution cover, and a promotional blurb/cover copy, as well as a page with links to their newsletters.
This will be compiled into a limited edition box set/anthology by our volunteers, and a price will be set for that particular bundle based on the value. Each bundle will be available for three weeks, and then will be discontinued.
When someone donates at least the minimum amount to our chosen charity and it has been confirmed by our volunteers, they will receive a link to a downloadable copy of the full box set file. All of those funds will go to one charity. The charity of choice will rotate between various fantastic organizations so that we don’t overwhelm any one group.
We’ll provide social media graphics for each bundle for you to post at will, as well as the bundle cover. Once your bundle’s time frame is up, we’ll give you a summary of how many copies were purchased and how much you helped raise. We hope it will be quite a bit!

Q: Why do we need to provide word documents?
A: To reduce the amount of end user error and the administrative expense, we are doing this as an anthology-style bundle. This means that we will be formatting all of the books as one file, instead of 10-12 different ones and it will be truly limited edition.
Q: Who will have access to these word documents? I’m worried about piracy!
A: We understand! Only our admin team and up to two of our volunteers will have any access to the word documents in order to format them before your bundle goes live. After your bundle has sold out, we will delete the word documents. Please understand that two of our admins are authors and we take piracy seriously. We will not distribute your word document to anyone else.
Q: What do I do if I want to donate more than one title?

A: For this fundraiser, yes you can! This is a 501(c)3 charity that is not directly tied to elections, so we are allowed to donate and accept donations from people from all over the world!
