By completing and submitting this Creator Application Form, I acknowledge and consent that Yield Guild Games, Guild Development Corporation (YGG Pilipinas), and its authorized affiliates, pursuant to the terms of their data sharing agreements, (collectively "YGG") may collect, process, store, and retain my personal data including my full name, in-game name, contact information, geographic location, and demographic details. I understand that the data collected herein are essential and necessary and may be used for evaluating my eligibility as a creator participant for the YGG Play Summit 2025 and to facilitate my involvement in the event. This data may also be used to contact you directly, including communications and marketing activities by YGG.

I understand and accept that my information may also be used to process registrations, purchases, and applications, confirm participation and send event updates, organize tournaments and activities fairly and efficiently, improve event planning and website experience, and share announcements, schedules, and special offers from YGG Play Summit. YGG may also send me marketing communications, offers, and opportunities from YGG Pilipinas that may be relevant to me based on my participation in the events and community. I am aware that I can opt out of these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in the marketing emails or by contacting YGG directly.

Photographs, videos, and other recordings taken during the event in which I may appear may be used by YGG and its partners for promotional and publicity uses without additional permission or compensation, consistent with my consent herein. YGG commits to handling and protecting my personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and relevant regulations promulgated by the National Privacy Commission, ensuring appropriate technical, physical, and organizational security measures are in place to safeguard my data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

I acknowledge that I have the right to access, object, ask for erasure or modification, and withdraw my consent at any point by notifying YGG or its data protection officer, who will then cease further data processing beyond what is legally required or necessary for prior legitimate purposes. I recognize that my withdrawal or revocation of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent obtained before the withdrawal or revocation.
