Sloe Honey House Concert Request Form

This is a request form for a private house concert with Sloe Honey.

House Concerts will typically be 1 hour total including a short time of after-show "meet and greet" (does not include time to set up and break down).

If you prefer a longer (example: 2 hour+) set with a small break in between, please indicate your request in the notes.

If no instruments or equipment are provided by (you) the host, please allow space for a full size 88-key digital piano, piano stand, microphone stand, small piano bench, and small sound system set up. And kindly allow space for ONE other musician with a guitar and accessories. If the space for an additional musician can't be provided, please indicate in the notes section.

If you have pets or small children, please keep them separated from the performance area. If you believe you have a reasonable exception to this request, please indicate that in the notes section.

IMPORTANT

If you are requesting a private show OUTSIDE of the Southern California area, you MUST require a cover charge (to be determined) for the event to help cover Sloe Honey's travel expenses to the show. Local shows may have a suggested donation.
