Culture Curator Job Summary
To provide our guests with alcoholic beverages in an efficient and consistent manner, while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude. Oversee service to offer a high quality, efficient beverage service that adds to a superior guest experience and is in accordance with licensing regulations associated with alcoholic beverages.
Essential Job Functions
*Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all food and beverages featured in our menus and learn menu items, specials and food products in order to be knowledgeable to customers.
*Prepare food and drinks of consistent quality following recipe cards with proper production and portion standards.
*Greeting guests and patrons entering the building in a friendly and timely manner.
*Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
*Remain attentive to guests, adhering to or exceeding service standards.
*Monitor the alcohol intake of guests in accordance with licensing regulations.
*Maintain and promote a positive and cooperative work relationship with the team.
*Performs bar opening and closing procedures.
*Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
*Perform all duties according to safety procedures, including the use of PPE.

Work Environment
*Work is performed in indoor and outdoor seating areas
*At times exposed to distracting sound levels, especially during busy times

Physical Demands:
*Requires regular listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
*Requires ability to reach, bend, stoop kneel, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds intermittently during the work shift.
*Requires ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
*Must have finger, hand and upper body dexterity to operate food machinery, grasp dishes, push, pull, carry and lift racks, carts, and large trash bins.
*Must have moderate hearing to hear customers, supervisors, and communicate with other staff.
*Must have moderate comprehension and literacy to read use records and all special requests.
*Must have ability to perform multiple tasks at one time, must be able to follow verbal and written instruction, and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
*Must be highly organized and able to pay attention to sound and sight details in crowded and noisy situations, particularly when handling multiple tasks.
*Regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, reach & retrieve items from above head.

Expected Work Hours and Location:
*Work is any time during operational hours to include morning, nights, weekends, and holidays.
*Possibility of weekly hours of work to extend beyond 40.
Education and Experience:
*3-5 years of prior bartending and customer service experience
*High School diploma or equivalent preferred
*Safety training and any required alcohol handling certificates
*Familiarity with the hospitality industry
Other Eligibility Qualifications:
*Legally eligible to work in the United States
*Must hold or be eligible to hold an Oklahoma Liquor License
*Strong computer skills
*Reliable transportation
Pay:
Standard Hourly rate plus 100% pooled tip split based on hours worked per shift.
Operating Hours:
Wednesdays - Sundays, 4pm -12am
