Tuition Policy: Tuition is due at the first lesson of each month, regardless of your child’s attendance. If Maestro Minds does not receive tuition by midnight on that day, you will be charged a $20 late fee and will receive your updated amount due via invoice, email and/or text message. You will continue to accrue a $5 per day fee until your tuition payment is received. These changes have become necessary to the continued function of Maestro Minds’ lesson program. This tuition policy will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. Thank you for your attention to the importance of tuition payments’ due dates. Tuition may be paid in person via check (made out to Maestro Minds,) cash, or Venmo: @Mia-Szumetz. $88 per month for 4 half-hour weekly lessons. $176 per month for 4 hour long lessons (split or same instrument.) 5 lesson months remain the same tuition and we will use the extra lesson as a make up for your instructor.  *
Make Up Policy: *We do not prorate tuition for missed lessons - we have a no make up lesson policy - your time slot each week is reserved for you only. You may ask your instructor if they have an open spot if you are unable to make your lesson. Your teacher will offer a make up lesson if they are sick and/or will conduct lessons virtually in order to expedite the make up process or continue lessons without spreading germs. Please consider this option as a great opportunity to not miss a lesson! Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the lesson are forfeit.  *
Medical Release - In the unfortunate event that the student would require medical attention (ambulance, hospital visit, etc.) I, the parent/guardian of the above listed student, accept all monetary/legal responsibility and release Maestro Minds LLC and instructors of any liability. Additionally, I acknowledge that participation in this class could result in the exposure to COVID-19 virus and other illnesses and therefore I assume any and all risk for myself and the registered student. *
Maestro Minds LLC and instructors are permitted to take photos of/use photos of above student from lessons, group lessons, activities, etc., for the purpose of education and advertisement (internet and print) with no compensation to the student or parent/guardian. *
Lesson Discontinuation: Please inform your instructor in writing before the last lesson of the current month if you plan to stop taking lessons.  *
