The "Approvals" section below will be reviewed by the Pastors & Trustees BEFORE this form is distributed across the board. Please be detailed, where applicable.

Any unanswered questions will be interpreted as "not applicable" to your particular submission, unless otherwise explained in any of the "Detail" sections.

If you only need print or digital promotional materials APPROVED for distribution, please fill all applicable fields and email documents to ncaesar@bgtintl.com. The 2-week/3-week rule applies: please allow two weeks for promo materials to be approved for dissemination and three weeks if you need promotional materials to be created for your event.
