20mins - A space to explore what working with a team coach looks like  

Individual and group reflection focused on leading a participatory team culture. The session is designed to serve those who are already leading teams and small organisations.

We will:

Reflect on what we dream our team culture to be

Explore a model of team culture we know works well

Map rhythms and rituals that support that culture

Ensure you leave with a simple next steps for integration
