This form is to reserve/book:

Backroom/Long Table
Book a Private Event(only available outside of business hours)
Event bookings/suggestions

* Typically, we only provide the space for your event. You are welcome to decorate and provide outside food.

* $100/hr. fee for Private Events (outside of business hours). Any charges accrued will be applied to these fees, and you are responsible for the difference. We round up to the next 1/2 hour with a minimum of 2 hours per event.

* You are responsible for cleaning up the decorations, food, etc. from any event/booking.

* The event submitted is not a confirmed booking. You will be receiving an email from decaturbrewwork@gmail.com, and then respond confirming your event.
