18th Annual Showcase of Bands Program Ads and Senior Shout Outs
The Showcase of Bands is one of the Midlothian Band Boosters primary fundraisers each year. All proceeds raised by Program Ads are used for the band program, including uniforms, instruments, equipment, and scholarships. The Band Boosters support all Midlothian High School band and auxiliary members.

This year, on September 20, 2025, we're proud to host 20 high school marching bands from throughout the Commonwealth as well as feature the Christopher Newport University Marching Captains (200+ students strong) who will perform in exhibition. We'll be welcoming over 1,500 students, plus their friends and families to our event.

*Ad content must be approved by the Director of Bands and the Midlothian HS Band Boosters. 

To be included in the PRINT version of the program, payments and artwork must be received by 11:59pm on Friday, September 12, 2025. No exceptions as the print order will be placed that afternoon.

To be included in the ONLINE version of the program, payments and artwork must be received by 11:59pm on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
