I understand and agree to the following terms:

Limit to 2 books per person.

Volunteers can check out up to 4 books per person for 30 days.

Items checked out for 21 days.

We do not charge overdue fees. (If books are overdue, you cannot check out new books until the outstanding books are returned. After 60 days overdue, we'll consider the item to be lost and fees to replace the book will apply.)

Damaged or Lost: In the event a book has been damaged beyond usual wear and tear, or has been lost, the parent will be responsible for paying for the book to be replaced. An email will be sent with the cost to replace the damaged/lost book. Users will not be able to check out any additional books until the charges have been paid.

Three infractions of our checkout policy means we will revoke the user’s checkout privileges indefinitely.

Parents are ultimately responsible for books their child(ren) check out.
