Property improvements are defined as any project that cost more than $2,000. Property improvement requests are seasoned by the Stewards Committee. Requested projects may be added to the Property Improvement Plan for further seasoning. A property improvement can only proceed upon approval by the Meeting for Worship for Business.

Property Improvements Fund

Purpose: The purpose of the property improvements fund is to provide a transparent accounting vehicle for accumulating funds for capital projects, defined as projects that are estimated to incur a cumulative or a one-time cost of $2,000 or greater. This fund is not primarily intended for routine maintenance costs. However, routine maintenance costs can be included in the total project cost if a task reveals a property improvement need that increases costs to qualify under the Camas Friends definition of capital expense and the project is approved by Meeting for Worship for Business.

Current Fund Balance: There are no property improvement funds available at this time. You can make a donor advised donation to this fund by going to the Camas Friends Church Donate webpage or writing a check advising the treasurer to designate your donation to property improvements.
