2022 Uptown Avenue 7 Arts & Culture Festival Vendor & Food Application
We are now accepting submissions to the 5th Annual Uptown Avenue 7 Arts & Culture Festival presented by Commissioner Jean Monestime & the NW 7th Avenue CRA. Our mission is to position the 7th Avenue corridor as the premier location to work, shop & play, highlighting the gems of our neighborhood and re-imagining our corridor as a cultural destination!

This outside event takes place at the Arcola Lakes Library | 8240 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33150 on Saturday, November 12, 2022, 12:00pm – 7:00pm. No parking fee or admission is charged to the public. Approximately 1500 - 3k people are expected to attend. Commercial & Craft vendors are welcome to apply.

Event Day Procedures
➤ LOCATION – Arcola Lakes Library | 8240 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33150
➤ DATE – Saturday, November 12, 2022
➤ EVENT DURATION – 12:00pm to 7:00pm

➤ SET-UP TIME – Saturday, November 12, 2022 between 8:00am to 10:00am
➤ BREAK-DOWN TIME – Saturday, November 12, 2022 between 7:00pm to 8:00pm

❗️❗️  Service vehicles must be moved to regular parking area prior to event NO LATER
          THAN 10:00am ❗️❗️
Participation logistics
Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis AS APPLICATIONS ARE RECEIVED. Liability insurance will be required for Food Truck Vendors. Total participation fee must be received in order to reserve a space.
VENDOR APPLICATION
This completed form must be received by the Miami Urban Contemporary Experience team no later than FRIDAY October 8th along with Proof of Insurance or participation fee will be forfeited.
