4-H Macomb Leader of the Year Award
The Macomb 4-H Leader of the Year Award recognizes Macomb County 4-H volunteers that have demonstrated that they have done an outstanding job as a 4-H Leader. That could be demonstrated through building capacity in membership, expanding a club into new or innovative project areas, encouraging participation in 4‐H events, programs and trainings outside of the club structure for 4‐H members. Nominees should also be supportive of the Macomb County 4‐H Youth Council, active in the Macomb County 4‐H Club Leader Meets, or may have served on a countywide 4‐H committee. Individuals are eligible for this award once every five years. Nominees must have two years or more as a leader

     The deadline to nominate an individual for a Macomb 4-H Leader of the Year Award is 11:59pm on September 30.

Age Requirements
     Adult Award, volunteers eligible once every five years.

Awardee Receives
     One (1) award winner will be selected. The awardee will be recognized at the awards and recognition event and will receive a certificate of recognition.

Application Instructions
     Any 4-H member or adult screened volunteer may nominate a 4-H volunteer for this award.
