Additionally, Maruf requests volunteers to be
reliable and punctual for scheduled activities, and to notify a staff
member if they will be absent or late. Tobacco or e-cigarette use is
prohibited on Maruf premises, at events, or while representing Maruf.
Volunteers may be required to complete paperwork or undergo a background
check for certain roles. The dress code is casual, but clothing with
offensive language or displays of alcohol, tobacco, and inappropriate
attire are strictly prohibited.
