2019 DCM Holiday Show Artist Application
Welcome to the Durham Craft Market! We are excited about your interest in our 2019 Holiday Show. We are happy to announce that we will have spaces available at our event for market members and guest vendors. The details about our show are as follows:

Date: Saturday December 14, 2019
Time: 11am to 4pm
Location: Durham Convention Center in Downtown Durham, NC
Guest Vendor Booth Fee: $85

All work must be handcrafted by the NC local artist who is applying to the show. The artist must be the one attending the show and selling the work. All vendors are required to have and provide the Durham Craft Market with their NC state tax ID number. If you are accepted as a guest vendor for the event, booth fee payment instructions will be included in your acceptance letter.

In addition to the Holiday Show, accepted guest vendors are invited to set-up at our regular Saturday Markets in the month of December. Our winter hours are from 10am to 12pm and our December market dates for 2019 are 12/7 and 12/21. There is no additional cost to guest vendors who chose to participate in the December Markets.

Our deadline for the Holiday Show Application is Saturday August 24, 2019.

Holiday Show Rules
LOCATION: Durham Convention Center (located adjacent to the Marriott hotel in Downtown Durham, across from the Durham Armory). A beautiful location with carpeted floors and fully decorated entrance into the venue.

BOOTH SPACE: Each booth is 8 x 10. Vendors are responsible for bringing their your own tables, racks, displays, table coverings, chairs and any other items needed for their booth display. Pipe and drape will be provided for the back of each booth.

FOOD: As per the terms of the contract with the convention center, outside food is not permitted.

SET UP and BREAK DOWN: Set up will be begin at 8:30am with designated load-in times for each vendor. Vendors must remain set-up for the duration of the event and may not begin packing or breaking down until 4:00 pm.

PRODUCTS FOR SALE: All products must be handcrafted by the NC local artist who is accepted to the show. The artist must be the one attending the show and selling the work. All vendors are required to have and provide the Durham Craft Market with their NC state tax ID number.


Durham Craft Market Holiday Show Application Agreement
A sent application constitutes a contract to follow and be bound by the Durham Craft Market Rules, Limitations & Procedures and is a commitment to participate personally, if accepted. Violations of Rules, Limitations & Procedures prior to, during, and/or at the end of the show will result in loss of exhibitor space, without refund, and the exhibitor will be excluded from future shows with the Durham Craft Market.

Applicant certifies that photos of work accurately depict applicant’s materials. Applicant certifies photos submitted are the sole work and ownership of applicant. Applicant agrees that photos and description of work may be used in promotional materials for the respective event. Sending this application certifies that you have read and understand the rules for this event.
