Participation in the the Hogwarts program is completely voluntary. I grant my permission for the children and youth included in this registration to participate in the UUCA Hogwarts online program. I assume all risks in connection with the program and release the Unitarian Universalist Church of Akron, the staff and volunteers thereof from all liability.

Content for UUCA Hogwarts will be delivered as a combination of pre-recorded videos uploaded to a private YouTube channel and live sessions presented on Zoom, a collaborative video conferencing application. Other platforms may be also be used if the need arises. By participating in UUCA's Hogwarts Online, I agree to the terms and conditions of the various platforms Hogwarts uses including (but not limited) to Zoom (private meetings by invitation only) and YouTube (private channel).

Access to the internet comes with risks. Caregivers should be aware of what their children/youth see, hear, and share on the internet. I agree to provide adequate supervision while my children/youth are using online tools to access lessons and activities presented by UUCA to ensure the safety of all participants, including my children/youth.
