UCSF Community Fundraiser Application
Thank you for your interest in organizing a fundraiser to benefit UCSF. UCSF policy requires that all fundraisers benefitting UCSF or the UCSF Foundation be officially sanctioned before the fundraiser begins. The following application is required for fundraiser approval. Due to planning and approvals required, we ask that applications be submitted 90 days prior to your event. Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis.
