Scooters are usually picked up within 2 business days. If your scooter won’t start in cold weather, try again when it warms up! Also, check the troubleshooting tips below before scheduling a pickup.

Steps to Schedule a Pickup:

1️⃣ Fill out this form – Takes 1 min if you're in our system, 2-3 mins if it’s your first time (have your scooter registration handy!).
2️⃣ Wait for us to contact you – We’ll reach out in 1-2 business days to schedule pickup.
3️⃣ Track your repair – After pickup, you’ll get a text with repair updates.
