Please fill out the form below for consideration as a vendor for Holiday In Pink.  As the event has grown in popularity, a limited number of spaces are available and locations are determined based on vendor type and date of application.  This is a community event and is free of charge to the public.  Please respect the event's mission and remain understanding should we not be able to include you this year.

All Vendors will be screened as we are searching for both health-related as well as pampering-related (jewelry, spas, etc.) products and items. Please choose your vendor type you feel you fit into below. If it is possible that you serve both purposes, please consider yourself pampering for this events' purposes. A $20 charge for all pampering vendors goes towards Susan G Komen WV and the Holiday In Pink Race for the Cure team as well as helps ensure vendors' commitment!

***NEW DOOR PRIZE RULES***  We do ask that each pampering vendor (and health vendor if they would like) supply us with an item in the value of $30 or more BY April 15th.  If pampering vendors do not provide their item by April 1st, we will create a gift certificate for you good for an item from your company/organization.

Set Up/Load Schedule
ALL vendors should be setup in the room no later than 4pm on the 27th. Doors will open for vendors to set up at 12pm. For alternative times, contact Melissa at mstricker@discovercharlestonwv.com or type in comment box below.

If you have materials and/or giveaway items you would like in the participant goody bags, they need to be delivered to Melissa Stricker at the Holiday Inn & Suites by Tuesday, April 15th. (At least 200 items are needed)
