1. The SideGuide dataset shall be used for non-commercial research purposes only.

2. All the recorded videos and demographics in the SideGuide dataset are bound by a written consent with all the participants. We are not responsible for any further use in any form for any purpose.

3. You and your affiliated institution shall take full responsibility for any consequence caused by using the SideGuide dataset in any form and shall defend and indemnify us against all claims arising from such uses.

4. If you are employed by a for-profit, commercial entity, your employer shall also be bound by these terms and conditions, and you hereby represents that he or she is fully authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of such employer.

5. You can provide your research associates and colleagues with access to the SideGuide dataset provided that they first explicitly agree to be bound by these terms of use in a recursive manner.

6. This agreement is effective for any potential user of the SideGuide dataset upon the date that the user first accesses the dataset in any form.

7. You shall not copy, duplicate, reproduce, assign, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or trade any portion of the SideGuide dataset or any derived data from the dataset for any purpose.

8. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the SideGuide dataset at any time.

9. The law of the Republic of Korea shall apply to all disputes under this agreement.
