Space to participate is awarded on a competitive basis, so please consider finishing this form at your earliest convenience. The deadline is July 25st, 2017.

Duties for Point of Contact
The primary Point of Contact does not need to have extensive familiarity with the data. Please note that the primary Point of Contact should be available to meet with the Data Dive coordinators throughout the Summer (remote is OK) and Fall to ensure that your consultant team (a group of student selected for your organization) understands the data set and can prepare it for analysis by the date of our event, November 11 - 12, 2017. These preparation meetings can happen at the organization's site and do not require multiple visits to Ann Arbor. Are you willing to fulfill these duties?
