This 4-sessions skills group focuses on challenging what you think you should eat and reconnecting you with your body’s natural ability to guide food choices and portion sizes.

Must be able to attend ALL 4 workshops.

Weeks 2, 3, 4 and 5 - Wednesday, October 11th, 18th, and 25th, and November 1st from 6:00-7:30 - Bradley 205, Residential Life, Second Floor
