Which type of workout do you like best?

Do you prefer 30-minute or 60-minute workouts?
30 minutes - in and out, get it done
60 minutes - give me more!
Are you a snacker or a 3 squares per day eater?
I like to keep portions small, but eat often
Three meals minimum, the bigger the better
Are you flexible, tight, or just right?
Flexible - I can move freely and have no problem with Yoga positions
Tight - I have trouble getting too far in any direction. Yoga is tough for me.
Just right - I'm not a yogi, but I don't have any movement restrictions
