WizardVue 2019 Volunteer Sign Up
Want to be a part of the magic for WizardVue 2019 on Saturday June 22nd? Let us know! Volunteers will meet in the basement of the Center of Bellevue 30 minutes prior to their shift on the day of the event. If you are volunteering before or after the event, our volunteer coordinator will give you additional information.
Please let us know your availability, top 3 activity choices and t-shirt size! Please fill out one form per adult. If minors will be volunteering, please enter the quantity and shirt size(s) for them at the end of the form.
Week before Setup: our volunteer coordinator will reach out to you with additional information
Day of Setup: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Day of Early Shift: 11:00 - 2:00 PM
Day of Late Shift: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Day of Cleanup: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Week after Cleanup: our volunteer coordinator will reach out to you with additional information
Setup: help setup the event
Cleanup: help clean up after the event
Baynesmeade Vendor Help: help our our wizardly vendors with things they need
Business Buff: help our our magical businesses with things they need
Broom Ball: teach attendees flying Broom Ball on the field behind the North Boroughs YMCA
Flamecrest Assistant: volunteer at various activities at Bellevue Elementary
Merchandise & Raffle Center: sell merchandise & raffle tickets indoors at the Center of Bellevue in the Great Hall
Welcome Center: greet attendees and hand out information at each end of Lincoln Avenue
Wizard Idol Talent Show: setup, direct attendees and cleanup at The Center of Bellevue (early shift only)
Wizard Rock: assist bands with setup, direct attendees, supply runners and cleanup in front of the Center of Bellevue
Wizard Walkers: walk up and down Lincoln Avenue to help direct questions and run supplies as needed
Shirt size - pickup your shirt when you volunteer
If you need additional t-shirts for minors in your party, please state the quantity and size(s) here.
Will you need any accommodations such as wheelchair accessible space, large print materials, interpreter, etc?
