Cast Fees - Payment *
$180 per student . Pay at ACA's office by check or arrange to have fee included in monthly FACTS payment. All payments must be received by August 31st for High School production and January 31st for Jr High productions for the child to participate. Please contact Gale Post if there are issues with meeting this requirement.
Schedule Conflicts *
Cast members may have up to TWO (2) pre-scheduled absences (conflicts) during production. Conflicts are pre-planned events. Do NOT schedule any conflicts after Fall Break (High School) or Spring Break (Jr High) unless prior permission has been given by the Director. Conflicts MUST be recorded on this form. Should an unscheduled conflict arise, please contact the Director as soon as possible. Please remember to list any College Testing (ACT, SAT, etc) as a conflict.

Cast Rehearsal T-Shirts (OPTIONAL)
Either style can be worn to rehearsals. Shirts will be ordered once payment is received. $10 each (2XL and larger are $13)
Parent T-Shirts
One T-shirt per new family is included in cast fees. Additional shirts are $10 each (2XL and larger are $13). Delivery may take 2-3 weeks. SHIRTS ARE TO BE WORN WHEN YOU SERVE AT ANY OF OUR EVENTS! V-neck, Gray, Soft Cotton

Parent Volunteer Hours *
10 hrs for one child; 15 hrs for families with multiple children. Hours are valued at $10/hour. Please select if you will purchase 1/2 of your hours or work all hours.
Parent Volunteer Interests *
Please select the areas that you would be interested in volunteering in. The area organizers will be in touch for scheduling. Signups for specific events will be sent out via GradeNet prior to the event. Most events will need workers for organizing, concessions, ticket taking and cleaning up.
