Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

In the event that you decide to cancel your registration you must notify the Greater Austin Suzuki Institute in writing.

There is a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee per participant.  The payment of all other fees paid (less cancellation fee) will be returned according to the following schedule:

  • If written notice of cancellation is received by May 1st, 75% refund of fees paid less $50 cancellation fee.
  • If written notice of cancellation is received by May 15th, 50% refund of fees paid, less $50 cancellation fee.

  • If written notice of cancellation is received after May 15th, no refund and you forfeit all fees paid.

Due to commitments to faculty and travel plans, applicants who withdraw after May 15th forfeit all fees.
