USD 497 School Meals Request
Each Wednesday, families may pick up meals at any school. Hybrid students will receive 10 meals (5 breakfasts and 5 lunches) and Full-time Distance Learners will receive 14 meals (7 breakfasts and 7 lunches). Hybrid students will receive additional meals at school during the days they attend in person.
You may complete one form for all of your children. Be sure to add each child's name to the form. Students do not need to be present when picking up meals.
All meals are currently free for any child ages 1-18. USDA covers the cost of the meals for all students. You are not taking away meals from someone who might need it more. Families are encouraged to fill out the Free/Reduced Price Lunch Application in case of changes in USDA funding. The application is available at:
Please complete this form once to order meals. Orders must be placed by Monday at 12:00PM for that week's meals. YOU ONLY HAVE TO FILL OUT THE FORM ONCE TO RECEIVE MEALS ALL SEMESTER LONG.

October 28 (All boxes will include 7 meals)
November 4 (All boxes will include 7 meals)
November 18 (will include meals for the following week)
December 16 (will include meals for the following week)
