2026 All District Band Audition Director Registration Form - Online Registration Deadline December 10, 2025

Please be sure to read the Registration Instructions sent by email.

Directors who teach at both levels must complete separate registration for middle school and high school.

Directors will be expected to mail the registration fee and Google confirmation email (for both director registration and student registration forms) to the appropriate chair postmarked by Wednesday, December 10, 2025. A separate check will be due for each school (middle/high) that students are registered under. Students who audition on 2 instruments need to be entered as 2 separate student entries and will have two audition fees. Fees are $10 per audition, PLUS $10 per school. (So 3 auditioning students = $40, for example.)

A copy of this form will be emailed to the director's school email address as entered below as verification that the online portion of the registration process is complete.
